Terms of Service

Certificates and reports are issued by Dr. Varghese Jacob, a Chartered Engineer (India) under the Institution of Engineers (India), and an IBBI-registered valuer where applicable.

Standard terms are 50% advance on confirmation and 50% on delivery of the signed report. Payments accepted via Razorpay, UPI, NEFT/RTGS (Union Bank of India, Sakinaka, Mumbai) and cheque.

Advance fees are non-refundable once report preparation has commenced (i.e., after document review or site visit). Refund requests prior to commencement are processed within 7 working days.

All turnaround times listed are estimates and not contractual guarantees. Delays caused by missing documents, site access issues or third-party dependencies are outside our control.

The client must provide accurate and complete documents. We rely on the information you supply; any misrepresentation is the client's sole responsibility.

Certificates are issued for the legitimate business purpose specified in the engagement. They may not be modified, reproduced selectively, or used for any other purpose without written consent.

Our liability under any engagement is limited to the professional fees paid for that engagement.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
